How do I know if I am eligible?

If you are eligible, we request you bring your discharge letter, or proof of layoff from your most recent job. We also request your most recent paystubs, and banking information for direct deposit.
What do I do after I’ve been approved for unemployment?
You are required to certify every other week, either by phone or online. Socotra can certify for you for $20 per certification. We’ll also help you complete and upload your worksheet certification, as well as your resume on job carrier websites.
