Ms. Waheeba, the director, offers a free consultation for each client and after reviewing all of the information with potential client, will explain the fees and costs involved in said matters. This fee is based not merely on the purchase of a fixed amount of legal services time, but also on Role 1.5 of the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, including:
1- The time and labor required the novelty and the difficulty of the questions involved, and the expertise and skill requisite to perform the legal service properly!
2- The amount involved and the results obtained.
3- The time limitations imposed by the client or by the circumstance.
4- The expertise reputation, and ability of the expertise performing the legal services
No one would have the knowledge to the exact timing. It is always an estimation time. Each case has it is own procedures and circumstances. If things is right form the first place and correct forms were submitted on time, your estimation time would be really exact or nearly close to normal timings
No, Waheeba’s first degree is in Science of Criminal Justice Administration and has master’s degree in public policy (MPP) from the University of Michigan. She offers legal help because of her experience and expertise at a minimum cost avoiding the unreasonable cost law offices charge.
